Design Director

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the creative vision for the brand design department, ensuring it aligns with the overall agency strategy and client needs.
• Lead the design team in all stages of the design process, from project inception to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and strategists to understand client objectives and translate them into impactful design concepts.
• Mentor and inspire a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Oversee design quality and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence.
• Manage design budgets and resources effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies, constantly seeking new ways to innovate and push boundaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in design leadership, with a proven track record of success in a brand agency environment.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of brand design, including brand identity, packaging design, and digital design.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and user experience (UX) design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers to achieve their full potential.
• Experience in client management and presenting design solutions effectively.
