Job Description
- Track progress, identify roadblocks, and facilitate resolution by engaging the right teams.
- Identify and support in managing dependencies across workstreams, ensuring seamless coordination between IT and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions between architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical decisions.
- Ensure technical trade-offs and risks are clearly communicated to leadership and decision-makers.
- Support in solution reviews by ensuring that key decisions are well-documented and aligned with business needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between business, IT, and program leadership to ensure alignment on decision making, priorities, and progress.
- Ensure key decisions and actions are documented and followed up on.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure that planned actions are closed on time and report delays on critical path early on to allow leadership to intervene.
- Provide ongoing structured reporting on status, milestones, and upcoming risks and mitigation plans for design and development streams.
- Identify and track risks related to scope, design changes, system integration, and implementation delays.
- Drive issue resolution by coordinating across teams and escalating critical roadblocks when needed.
- Proactively ensure mitigation plans are in place for potential execution challenges.
- Capture lessons learned from previous phases and drive continuous improvement in execution approaches.
- Ensure the adoption of best practices in governance, change management, and program execution.
- Guide teams in structuring execution plans, ensuring practical and scalable approaches are taken.
- Provide insights into best practices for BSS solution delivery and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Support leadership in evaluating technical trade-offs and prioritization of design and development efforts.
