Design Architect

What is expected from you

1. Design and develop fitout architectural plans, elevations, and sections for premises and other structures.
2. Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions including the MEP survey.
3. Collaborate with end users, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
4. Review contractor payments, verifying work completed and ensuring compliance with payment schedules.
5. Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and reports.
6. Prepare and manage project budgets including estimating cost, tracking expenses and ensuring cost effectiveness.
7. Conduct site visits -site supervision to monitor fitout work progress (including the civil, MEP works , joinery works, glass cladding etc. ) and ensure compliance with design specifications.

What you need to succeed in your application

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fitout architectural design and practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other architectural design software.
• Strong design and execution, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
