Job Description

• Lead the conceptual design phase, translating client visions into innovative architectural solutions that push creative boundaries.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems seamlessly into designs.
• Conduct site analyses and assessments to ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using advanced design software to effectively communicate ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Facilitate client meetings, articulating design concepts clearly while addressing feedback and adjusting plans accordingly.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring design milestones are met without compromising on quality or creativity.
• Supervise junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative environment and mentoring them in design principles and techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
• Professional licensure as a registered architect, signifying a commitment to industry standards and ethics.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, showcasing a robust portfolio of diverse projects.
• Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for effective design execution.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction practices to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and engage with clients effectively.
• Proven ability to lead projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
• A passion for sustainable design and knowledge of green building practices, aligning with modern architectural demands.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity, particularly if working on international projects or in diverse communities.
