Design Architect for Residential Projects

The Design Architect is responsible for heading the team of Architects, Junior Architects, and Draftsmen in the project delivery for all Residential and mixed-use development projects.

1. Enforce standard design procedures (checklist, trackers, etc.) during the design process to ensure multi-discipline coordination.
2. Prepare authorities submission documents in coordination with the team and respond to any comments/inquiries received from the approving authorities.
3. Keep abreast of the latest residential design requirements, code revisions, NOC’s sustainability, and environmental requirements, and make the team aware of these requirements.
4. Scrutinize typical details and specifications alongside the Technical Architect to ensure completeness of information.
5. Periodically review project design progress with HOD to ensure compliance of the project to initially set design direction.
6. Provide support to BIM/CAD Technicians while guiding them throughout the work processes.
7. Attend meetings with external consultants and authorities as and when required.
