Role Overview:

The Design and Tech Delivery Manager will oversee digital design and technology projects from concept to deployment. This role ensures seamless execution by collaborating with designers, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders while aligning remote teams and managing vendors. The Design and Tech Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining a high standard of quality across all aspects of digital delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Project & Delivery Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Maintain roadmaps, manage risks, and mitigate blockers.
• Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors, providing updates on project health, risks, and milestones.
• Day-to-Day Execution: Ensure smooth workflows, enforce quality and accessibility standards, problem-solve issues, and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring best practices in design, development, and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in digital project management or technology delivery (financial services experience required).
• Skills: Strong Agile/Scrum expertise, client management, web/mobile tech knowledge, and experience with enterprise platforms like Optimizely or Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker, problem-solver, proactive leader with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Tools: Proficiency in Miro, Jira, MS Projects.
• Superpower: Orchestration – aligning teams and stakeholders for seamless execution.
