Job description

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assisting the COO in overseeing the company's ongoing operations and procedures, ensuring our business strategies align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the marketing landscape, capable of driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

As Deputy to the COO, you will collaborate closely with the COO/CEO and other executive team members to enhance our competitive position, optimize performance, and accelerate company growth. You will also play an integral role in shaping corporate policies, managing risk, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability among staff. Your leadership will ensure that our company remains at the forefront of the industry, leveraging performance-driven decisions to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring that business processes align with the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to enhance strategic planning and maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Plan, allocate, and control all project-related resources in coordination with the COO/CEO.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficacy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead budgeting processes and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning among employees.

Preferred candidate should have a Bachelor's Engineering Degree with a Master's Degree in Construction Engineering/Management, Business, Finance, or an MBA.

Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in corporate management in a similar industry with a proven track record.
