Deputy Multimedia Editor

The National is seeking an experienced Deputy Multimedia Editor to become part of our successful and expanding international operation. We are looking for a creative, hardworking individual with a love of journalism and a keen eye for detail. You will be required to support the Head of Multimedia in expanding the growth of the audience and managing the scheduling, administration, editing, planning, producing, and publishing of news and feature videos for our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical know-how, good leadership skills, sound editorial judgment, be creative and responsive - and keen to grow our video offering. A knowledge of the Middle East and languages of the region is preferred.

You should be fluent in English. Experience in video shooting, editing, and script supervision are a must.
