Deputy Manager Procurement

As the Procurement Manager – Sourcing, you will be responsible for optimising the efficiency of the sourcing department by devising strategic plans which focus on achieving customer satisfaction whilst reducing costs to the business.

Duties will include:

1. Planning
2. Scheduling
3. Initiating
4. Monitoring
5. Quality assurance of all procurement and contract activities

This role requires independent and professional judgment and is performed under the general direction of the Director, Procurement. You will also be required to achieve the wider business objectives, including a streamlined strategic sourcing procedure across all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be an analytical, solution-driven individual, who can adhere to strict deadlines whilst managing multiple priorities simultaneously and is naturally enthusiastic about the luxury hospitality industry.

You will oversee every aspect of the sourcing process and will determine the company's service measures, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
