Ensuring a range of data is collected, recorded, and analyzed to ensure that decisions about learning are data-driven within their teams.
Developing and delivering the programs, modifying them as appropriate to ensure all learners are catered for.

Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students within the department.
Analyze and evaluate, with the department, performance data provided and take appropriate action in response.

Specific Qualifications Required for This Role:
Teaching Credential/License
TESL/TEFL Certificate over 100 hours
Additional Requirements for This Role:
Education: Bachelor of Education or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5 years experience as a teacher and a minimum of 2 years working in an international school. Prior experience as a middle leader or senior leader.
Certifications: Middle Leader training – NPQML/SL or equivalent, Safeguarding, Well-being certifications.
