About The Job

1. Oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which include recruitment, training & development, IR & employee relations, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, policies & procedures, performance management, HRMS and other HR-related support services.
2. Streamline and enhance HR functions to optimize efficiency and performance.
3. Design, implement, and oversee HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
4. Address and manage conflict resolution across the organization to maintain a positive work environment.
5. Drive culture transformation initiatives through targeted HR strategies and activities.
6. Plan and execute employee engagement programs to foster a supportive and dynamic workplace.
7. Develop and implement comprehensive talent management and succession planning frameworks.
8. Provide monthly reports and updates to the Management Team.
9. Handle additional HR-related tasks and special projects as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving license (Required)
