Job Title: DGM, Manufacturing

Job Description: Indus International seeks a dynamic and seasoned Leader in Manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing processes, quality enhancement, and cost-effective throughput. This role requires effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Leadership: Oversee the manufacturing facility ensuring increased throughput and cost efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a strong focus on improving product quality and adherence to standards.
  • Process Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve processes and optimize operational costs.
  • Cost Management: Develop and execute plans to reduce manufacturing costs without compromising quality.
  • Manufacturing Excellence: Drive operational excellence, leveraging automation and efficient workflows.
  • Innovation Initiative: Lead innovation programs aimed at product development and cost-effective solutions.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Provide detailed reports on manufacturing throughput, cost, and key performance indicators.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in automation components, FMCG, or heat exchangers.
  • Should have led an organization of greater than 300 people.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment.

Basic Facilities:

Performance Incentive: You will be eligible for the yearly performance-based incentive of up to 3 months' salary as per the Company's policy at the end of the financial year.

Medical: You will be provided free basic medical treatment for yourself as per the Company's policy.

You will be given 30 days paid leave for each completed year of service, subject to your confirmation of services on completion of the probation period.

Increments: You will be eligible for an annual salary increment on completion of a minimum of 9 months of service at the close of the Company's financial year.

Gratuity: You will be eligible for Gratuity on completion of 5 years of continuous service.

Contract Period: The first and each subsequent contract will be valid for a 2-year period from the residence visa stamping date, which can be further renewed with mutual discussion and agreement.

You will be on probation for a period of 6 months from the date of joining/reporting.
