Overview:

Minimum 4+ years of field experience required.

Excellent English/Arabic (bilingual proficiency) is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Handling Finance & Accounts operations of UAE & SAUDI.
2. Liaison with Bank for any loan facility / corporate Banking / Covenant testing / documents submission.
3. Ensure minimal AR having timely follow-up and taking necessary action as per policy.
4. Ensure smooth vendor payment including payroll and reimbursement.
5. Preparation of Latest Estimate, Cash forecasting and budgeting.
6. Ensure proper closure of Monthly book closure with accuracy and within due time framework.
7. Responsible for month MIS and Variance analysis.
8. Monthly submission on Balance Sheet & the schedules onto IBM COGNOS CONTROLLER.
9. Handling all geo as well as Corporate reporting of assigned Campus / GEO.
10. Preparation of draft Financials & Schedule for audit and ensuring timely closure of statutory audit, adherence of IFRS compliances.
11. Ensuring all statutory & regulatory compliance for Campus (i.e. timely submission of VAT return, Audited FS, Income tax return, Computation of Tax, Banking KYC etc.).
12. Adherence to company SOP and internal controls.
13. Validation of Payroll and its Accounting entry.
14. Preparation of various Internal reports to different stakeholders (local Divisional Head).
