Deployment Coordinator

Leading Landscaping and Irrigation Contractor seeks Experienced Manpower Deployment Coordinator responsible to Plan, Coordinate and Supervise Manpower Deployment operations of both in-house and outsourced manpower across various Projects.

The ideal candidate will support the operations of Manpower and Outsource contract(s) in coordination with site Planning, Cost Control, HR, Construction Managers, Supervisors, Admin Support and Labour Supplier's.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the Planning Department for Manpower Requirements and Deploy/Re-Deploy Personnel required by trade to projects.
2. Coordinate with Operations to Off-Hire personnel as per contract and Optimize Re-Deployment based on Project Requirements.
3. Coordinate with HR and Operations for Pre-Deployment Checks, On-Boarding and HSE Requirement compliance.
4. Coordinate with HR for Pre-Deployment Employee Registration, ID Issuance and Enrolment in the Biometric Time & Attendance System.
5. Coordinate with Logistics for Labour Transportation requirements in advance of contract start date.
6. Coordinate with Procurement for Contract Renewals and PO issuance, followup with Vendors prior to deployment and keep all stakeholders informed.
7. Coordinate with Labour Accommodation Facilities Manager and Plan accommodation requirements in advance of contract start date.
8. Report Labour Movement, Manpower Deployment Schedules in accordance to Finance, Planning and Operation requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years experience in the Construction Industry in similar role.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
3. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Reporting Tools.
