Job description

Our client is one of the world's most well-known international Luxury Fashion brands that is hiring for WRTW Department Manager with at least 2 years of experience in luxury retail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist Associates with various customer service issues.
  2. Building a local clientele.
  3. Ongoing performance management to consistently meet goals.
  4. Demonstrates leadership and leads by example.
  5. Implements and executes strategic business plans for the store.
  6. Maintains inventory accuracy and shrink rate within company standards by regularly following up with operations and executing initiatives as needed.
  7. Enforces merchandise standards as set forth by the visual department.
  8. Consistently network with market competition in an effort to assist in staffing and recruiting.
  9. Exhibits strong interpersonal skills in dealing with staff, peers, supervisors, and corporate office.
  10. Manages and coordinates the daily operations of the department store and the daily activities of the sales staff engaged in promoting and selling products to ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Maximize sales by building high-performing teams, enhancing our brand image in the market, and ensuring a consistent superior customer experience.
  12. Develops new customer relationships and interacts with existing customers to increase sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum 2 years Management experience; luxury experience is desirable.
  2. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  3. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  4. On the sales floor manager, not back of the office manager.
  5. Attains monthly sales, conversion, and other KPI goals.
