As a Department Manager you will be responsible to run the RTW/ Leather goods Department properly, meeting KPIs and achieving assigned goals in terms of sales, product and team.
Lead departmental business development through strategic understanding and stakeholder engagement.

Analyze category performance and implement improvement plans.
