About the Role :

Our client, a prestigious dental laboratory in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a highly skilled Dental Lab Technician to join their team [EMIRATI NATIONALS ONLY]. The ideal candidate will specialise in the fabrication of high-quality dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances, using both traditional techniques and digital dental technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Fabrication & Design : Create and customize crowns, bridges, veneers, and dentures based on dentist prescriptions.
2. Digital Dentistry : Utilize CAD / CAM technology, 3D printing, and milling machines to ensure high precision and quality.
3. Material Expertise : Work with various dental materials, including zirconia, e.max, PMMA, and composite resins.
4. Aesthetic Customization : Perform shade matching and contouring to achieve natural-looking restorations.
5. Repair & Adjustment : Modify, reline, and repair prosthetics as needed.
6. Collaboration : Work closely with dentists and specialists to refine designs and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
7. Quality Control : Conduct detailed inspections to meet industry standards and client expectations.
8. Compliance & Safety : Follow strict infection control protocols and UAE healthcare regulations.
