We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Dental Department to lead our dental team, ensure exceptional patient care, and drive the growth of our dental services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:
2. Oversee the operations of the dental department, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent patient care.
3. Lead, mentor, and support the dental team, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.
4. Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
5. Clinical Excellence:
6. Ensure the delivery of high-quality dental services, adhering to professional and ethical standards.
7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental procedures and technologies to implement best practices.
8. Oversee complex cases and provide guidance to the team as needed.
9. Promote a patient-centered approach, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and care.
10. Address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
11. Operational Efficiency:
12. Collaborate with the clinic management team to develop and optimize departmental processes and protocols.
13. Monitor and manage the department's budget, resources, and inventory.
14. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
15. Business Development:
16. Contribute to the growth of the dental department by identifying opportunities to expand services and attract new patients.
17. Work closely with the marketing team to promote dental services and enhance the clinic’s reputation.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education:
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Dentistry (BDS or DDS) is required.
3. A Master’s Degree in a dental specialty or healthcare management is preferred.
4. Experience:
5. At least 8-10 years of clinical experience as a dentist, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
6. Proven track record of driving growth and excellence in a dental practice or department.
7. Skills:
8. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
10. Proficiency in modern dental technologies and techniques.
