What you will be doing:
Oversee daily preparation and presentation of cold kitchen items including salads, appetizers, and other chilled dishes ensuring top-notch quality and consistency.
Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in designing creative and visually appealing cold menu items adhering to established recipes and standards.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards ensuring the cold kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
Support and mentor junior team members guiding them to develop their skills and maintain high standards.
Monitor stock levels for cold kitchen ingredients and ensure proper storage to maintain freshness and quality.
Qualifications :
