A leading Fashion retail company is in the lookout for Demand Planning Specialist to support the Senior Demand Planning Manager in Demand Planning & monthly Integrated Business Planning processes and reporting. Reporting Directly to Demand Planning Manager, this job is based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collecting, consolidating and inputting of the IBP data in various tools ensuring global and internal timelines are met
2. Collecting and documenting Sales & Marketing assumptions and external factors
3. Ensuring accuracy of the demand planning forecast data
4. De-segregating demand plan down to article/SKU level and communicating with Supply Chain
5. Providing statistical forecasting on article level based on sales order intake and planning assumptions, cleansing/revising the history of the data
6. Identifying gaps for full horizon of demand plan vs strategic plan. Analyze magnitude of the gap and causes for the same.
7. Facilitating gap closing activities with respect to channels and categories
8. Facilitating monthly demand process
9. Managing the forecasting tool and continuously fine-tuning methods
10. Contributing to the requirements definition of broader business projects
11. Driving the implementation of process efficiency improvements within Demand Planning
12. Tracking market submission to deliver into the scorecard targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of Demand Planning experience within large sales organisation
2. University degree from leading school in Business/Finance/Accounting or related analytical discipline
3. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a strong attention to detail
4. Strong organizational skills are essential to meet tight deadlines
5. Advanced Excel Skills
6. Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment
7. Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry
