Demand Planning Manager

Position Requirements:

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to join our Supply Chain team with a strong focus on Demand Planning and S&OP processes. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications, and steel manufacturing or steel trading industry experience, preferably in GCC countries, is highly desired.

Experience:

• 10–15 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a strong focus on Demand Planning, preferably in S&OP mature industries, particularly in steel manufacturing or steel trading industries.
• 3–4 years of managerial experience leading small to mid-sized teams.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven experience in coordinating projects, preferably within the Demand Planning domain.
• Strong track record in process improvement or business performance enhancement initiatives involving cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder alignment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes and Demand Planning methodologies.
• Proficiency in Statistical Forecasting and Business Planning.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and Power BI.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to work on large data sets and perform complex calculations.
• Familiarity with Advanced Planning and Forecasting Systems & Tools such as Anaplan, SAP IBP, APO.
• Excellent presentation and coordination skills.
