1. Demand Planning (Safety Stock Management through Forecasting)
2. Purchase Order Management
3. Stock Turnover Optimization
4. Order Trend Stabilization
5. Customer Support (First contact (e-mail, phone, system) point for customers for all parts related requests / issues)
6. Logistics and Warehouse Support
7. Onsite Support (Business trips (Specially in MEA region) for onsite support to the customers)

Dimensions:

Responsible for customer satisfaction by proactive communication.

Improve stock availability by implementing new techniques in demand planning.

Reduce supply lead time through innovative ideas.
