Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Façade Estimator to join our expanding team to support projects throughout the Indian market. The Façade Estimator will support multiple façade consulting projects on a wide variety of large-scale buildings by providing quantity surveys and unit cost estimates for all façade elements. The ideal candidate would be competent in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and MS Office. Competency in estimating software is highly desirable. Language skills must include fluency in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities:

1. Review new projects and each stage of development of design to determine quantities and unit costs.
2. Collaborate with team members within our large staff to support each assigned project.
3. Coordinate takeoffs with our staff designers and engineers.
4. Review client drawings, renderings, and other documents prior to development of detailed unit cost estimates.
5. Ensure timely client responses and follow up.
6. Maintain committed schedule durations.
7. Review all work products before submittal to the client.
8. Develop cost archives for reference.
9. Maintain the highest level of customer engagement and service.
10. Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

Qualifications:

1. BE degree or equal practical experience in construction management, architecture, product design, or relevant field preferred.
2. Successful work experience in the façade industry for a minimum of 5 years.
3. Project portfolio of projects with primary responsibility for the façade elements.
