• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality profiles.
• Manage candidate relationships, ensuring clear communication and excellent candidate experiences.
• Prepare insightful reports on recruitment metrics and market trends.
• Stay updated with industry insights to provide value-added recommendations to clients and colleagues.
