Delivery Driver

The job holder is required to drive the Sales vehicles and assist in the carrying of, and delivering, selling and merchandising NFPC products. This role is accountable for operating standard of the vehicle assigned to him. The purpose for this position is to drive, deliver, load & unload and provide support to achieve the Route Sales and Distribution objectives for the direct sales in the assigned route.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs

1. Assist in the loading of Truck as per the set loading schedule
2. Visit and deliver a wide variety of items to different outlets as per the daily
3. Ensure given target is achieved as per approved AOP on monthly basis.
4. Follow route and time schedule
5. Maintain a respectable and clean outfit during the working hours
6. Ensure that the assigned area route is adequately covered
7. Maintain discipline, ensure good relationship with all colleagues and always maintain a presentable profile
8. Regularly update distribution coordinators on wastage ratio % to correct daily outlet demand.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 2+ years of experience in Sales & Distribution
2. High secondary school certificate holder
3. Must have good driving skills experience
4. Good communication, presentable and customer service skills
