We seek a proactive and results-driven Delegate Acquisition Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Delegate Acquisition Sales Specialist, you will identify, engage, and acquire high-quality attendees for our premium conferences. Your primary goal will be to drive attendee participation, increase event visibility, and contribute to the overall success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
Delegate Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential delegates through cold-calling, email, social media, and others.
Manage the full delegate acquisition sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing the deal and ensuring payment processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing delegates, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to maximize their conference experience.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the events.
Conduct market research to build qualified leads, identify potential target audiences and industries, keeping abreast of industry trends, and market demands.
Collaborate with other team members and team managers to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract delegates.
Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, and sales activities, and delegate information accurately and efficiently.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast to the management team.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing delegate inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional event features, workshops, or group packages to enhance the delegate experience and generate additional revenue.
Attend post-event follow-ups with delegates to gather feedback, testimonials, and potential referrals for future events.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or delegate acquisition, preferably in the events industry or related B2B fields.
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers.
Goal-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Experience in remote working (working from home).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
DISCIPLINE.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Additional Information:
Basic Income and Uncapped commissions: The more they close deals, the higher their commission will be.
Work from home using Digital Workplace.
A strong Internet connection is required.
Working time for Dubai Position: 8am - 5.00pm.
The location should be in the UAE, and the VISA will not be provided.
