Qualifications:

1. Academic Credentials: Ph.D. in Law from a reputable university.
2. Academic Rank: Full Professor.
3. Experience: A substantial track record in academia, including teaching, research, and service. Practical experience in the legal field is highly desirable.
4. Publications: A strong record of publications in Scopus-indexed journals.
5. Education Systems: Familiarity with both the British and US credit education systems.
6. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage academic programs and initiatives.
7. Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that advance the college's mission and goals.
8. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
