You will be involved in a broad mix of capital markets work including:

1. Global Medium Term Note Programmes
2. Islamic Finance and sukuk transactions
3. Regulatory Capital and Liability Management Transactions
4. Convertible Bonds

The right candidate for this position will have fantastic academics and have trained at a top rated City practice. As a mid level lawyer you will have a strong desire to relocate to the Middle East and the ambition to succeed in a market leading practice. You must be admitted as a solicitor or lawyer in the UK, Australia or the US.
