Responsibilities

• Manage the Data Team's activities, including data cleansing, de-duplication, enrichment, and inbound/outbound contact center operations.
• Ensure the effective management and integrity of data within the CRM systems.
• Develop and implement SOPs for data maintenance, enrichment, validation, and list building.
• Manage data analytics and provide regular reports.
• Plan and evaluate data segmentation strategies.
• Continuously enhance process efficiency.
• Meet targets for speed, efficiency, quality, and internal customer satisfaction.
• Oversee third-party data entry, maintenance, and registration contracts, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with the Corporate CRM team.
• Implement systems to uphold data quality and security.
• Prevent data leakage and misuse.
• Provide marketing teams with data availability reports and identify gaps to support event targets.
• Ensure adherence to data standards and perform periodic data cleansing.
• Generate reports to prevent database overuse and inform marketing strategies.
• Conduct monthly data forecasting and analysis against budget targets.
• Enhance performance by increasing efficiency and recommending new tools (e.g., CTI integration and automatic dialing).
• Coordinate with registration companies to ensure proper data controls and post-event database integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Warehouse.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and writing queries in SQL Server.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from Sales & Marketing departments.
