Data Strategy Consultants looking for Managers and Associate Director positions UAE

Client: Management Consulting Company

Ideal Candidate: The Ideal is a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Data Consultant with a passion for running impactful data/AI initiatives. This role involves the development/refresh of data strategies for various clients primarily within the Client portfolio. The Client is incubating a new innovative data organization which will be in a unique position to harness the power of data and AI to drive innovation and create significant value across various sectors within the portfolio.

Tasks:

1. Evaluate your client’s current data strategy and specific use cases it supports.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific data-related challenges, objectives, and requirements.
3. Develop data & AI roadmap implementation plan with a focus on data sharing and AI.
4. Examine the current data operating model (e.g., functions, skills, processes, department interactions).
5. Design the future data & AI operating model including detailed descriptions of functions, processes, governance structures, and tooling enablers.
6. Analyse the current data architecture including cloud infrastructure and the existing data platform.
7. Conduct interviews with business stakeholders to understand their use-case requirements and needs with a special focus on AI and data sharing.
8. Identify and launch specific initiatives for data quality improvement.
9. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment between data initiatives and business objectives.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems or related fields. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5 years in data consulting or related roles with at least 3 years in senior/managerial positions. Proven track record managing large-scale complex data initiatives with measurable outcomes. Deep understanding of business impact through the use of big data technologies, AI and machine learning (including most recent LLMs). Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Relationship-building with executive stakeholders. Results-oriented strategic thinking. Strong Consulting toolkit.

Workload/Location:

Full-time, Abu Dhabi on ground.

Start Date:

Immediate need; the Candidate needs to give availability within 15-20 days after Engagement Confirmation Letter.

Period of Engagement:

Either hiring process or freelance contracting are available.
