Work Location: GSPANN FTEs to be deputed to work in Abu Dhabi

Role & responsibilities

Ideal Profile:

A candidate with 5-10 years of experience in data science, with expertise in programming, machine learning, and data modeling, and familiarity with oil & gas industry processes.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, R, and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling
• Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies
• Ability to create effective data visualizations using Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn

Responsibilities:

• Apply machine learning and statistical models to solve business challenges
• Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with engineers and geoscientists on data-driven projects
• Create clear and compelling visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
• Lead data science initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in data science and analytics
• Proficiency in Python, R, and data manipulation libraries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
