Data Product Manager - Casino

Set to open in early 2027, our client is developing a landmark 72-floor resort in Ras Al Khaimah featuring a casino, hotel, multiple restaurants, and a marina.

In preparation for this, they are looking to add a Data Product Manager to their corporate team.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the full lifecycle of the resort’s primary data.
2. Develop and prioritise the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
3. Advocate for user-friendly, engaging experiences based on guest feedback and market research.
4. Support external development teams while transitioning to an internal team.
5. Oversee product delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and strategic alignment.
6. Conduct market research to drive data-informed product decisions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Strong track record of building data products - at least 5 years.
3. 3-5 years of digital data product management experience.
4. Proven track record in guest-facing web or mobile products.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Experience with vendor management, product customisation, and development coordination.
7. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
9. Familiarity with web and mobile app development.
10. Casino/gaming product experience is a plus.
11. Experience with customer engagement platforms.
12. Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, Braze, or similar tools.
13. A solid grasp of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization.
14. Ability to drive omnichannel marketing strategies.
