Data Processor

Responsibilities:

1. Ensures the samples are received in a proper manner from the messengers in accordance to the guidelines, registers the samples accordingly in the Siglo system, performs physical count and logging of samples in the spreadsheet provided, and sorts samples assigning racks in line.
2. Ensures data is accurate, sends reports to respective clients, monitors the samples in racks, and communicates with the uploading team for appropriate and correct patient data entry. Uploads data coming from data processors, clinics, mobile collection, and collection centres.
3. Prepares barcodes and templates for clients, ensures cleanliness in the assigned section, and performs checking.

Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Admin/Business.
2. 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment, whether in operations, events, or hospitality.
3. Experience as a Data Processor or Data Encoder.
4. Language preference: English; Arabic is a plus.
5. Basic and advanced Microsoft skills.
6. Superb soft skills with high motivation and good communication and organizational skills.
7. Good decision-making and high strategic thinking.
8. Good team player, typing speed of 70 WPM.
