Data Operations Manager

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor the team of Data Center Operations Managers, including all aspects of people, performance, career, and technical management.
2. Manage Data Center Operations (DCO) within Amazon Data Centers or Amazon leased Data Center areas within third-party Colocation facilities; including risk management and mitigation of critical infrastructure and metric reporting.
3. Attain organizational performance goals and objectives relating to safety, security, availability, scaling, and efficiency in support of our data center operations.
4. Ensure data center compliance with security and safety policies and procedures.
5. Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals.
