Data Modeler

Summary

On behalf of a client we are searching for a Data Modeling Specialist to design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support insurance business processes and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models that align with business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models.
• Maintain and optimize existing data models to improve performance and scalability.
• Implement data modeling solutions for Member/Customer 360 initiatives within the insurance domain.
• Conduct data model reviews and validation sessions with both business and technical teams.

Must haves

• Proven experience as a Data Modeler within the insurance domain.
• Proficiency in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
• Experience with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, specifically in Claims & Settlement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate.

Nice to haves

• Experience in implementing Member/Customer 360 solutions in the insurance domain.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong stakeholder interaction skills.

Other Details

• Documentation of data models, metadata, and data flow diagrams for compliance purposes is essential.
• Ability to adapt and respond to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
