Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-typing Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company data in digital systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
• Retrieve and review documents for data entry, ensuring correct formatting and consistency.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries as required by management.
• Work with various teams to ensure timely and error-free data processing.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role (UAE experience preferred).
• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40-60 words per minute).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
