Data Entry Operator (S4 HANA SAP) – Foundry Industry

• Perform accurate data entry in S4 HANA SAP related to inventory, production, and maintenance records.
• Ensure real-time updating of production and material movements in the SAP system.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis for production and operations teams.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with different departments (Production, Stores, Maintenance) for seamless data management.
• Support the implementation of SAP enhancements and troubleshoot minor system issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Operator in the foundry or manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with S4 HANA SAP is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
• Knowledge of production and inventory processes in a foundry setting is a plus.
