Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Actively engage in discussions by following written and oral instructions.
  2. Complete various written tasks and surveys for each panel.
  3. Test products and/or services when required and be prepared to discuss your findings.
  4. Enter data from various sources into our databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular quality checks.
  6. Organize and maintain electronic files and documents.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  8. Follow company guidelines and procedures for data entry and management.
  9. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Additional Duties:

  • Accurately input and update data in databases and systems, ensuring precision in every entry to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform regular data audits to identify discrepancies and rectify errors promptly, contributing to overall data quality.
  • Utilize data management software proficiently for efficient data entry and retrieval, adapting quickly to new tools as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
