Data Coordinator

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Principal LCI Coordinator
• Responsible for ensuring all LCI documentation is quality checked prior to processing within Equinor system
• Establish close working relationship with Engineers and provide expertise in management of Equinor LCI systems
• Participate in the engineering projects to define the projects tag and document requirements
• Manage and maintain tag / equipment technical information
• Review and processing of excel based LCI information forms. Management of data exchange with Equinor
• Follow up with Engineers to acquire missing technical metadata
• Maintain good understanding and awareness of technical documentation and drawings for all key engineering disciplines. A working knowledge is all that is required. No expectation to understand technical concepts/designs
• Encourage collaborative working amongst technical disciplines to drive LCI information management improvements
• Promote close collaboration with Client LCI Coordinator and hold internal/external meetings to discuss LCI requirements
• Conduct LCI verification meetings with suppliers of mechanical package equipment
• Prepare work instructions and provide LCI onboarding/training to new engineers in the team
  

Specific Requirements

• General awareness of Brownfield Oil & Gas Experience is desirable
• Experience with SAP, Equinor STID & ProCoSys would be advantageous
• Proficient with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Maintains a high attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and proactive in management of their own workload
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Good communication skills are essential

• Coaching and mentoring of direct reports as delegated
• Ensure self-awareness of Equinor specific requirements, guidelines on LCI information management and promote knowledge sharing to engineering personnel
  

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• HND in any technical field preferable but not essential
• Relevant considerable experience in Brownfield Oil & Gas Modifications environment would be considered in lieu of HND qualification
• Highly proficient in excel is essential as Excel is primary software package utilised in this role
