Additional School Requirements:

• Be a degree-level qualified teacher in KG / Elementary

• Have a flexible approach with a can-do ethos, be driven to achieve results, and possess boundless enthusiasm
• Have a diverse set of skills that will enable you to be flexible working both indoors and outdoors
• Be an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn

Job Description:

Al Nayfa Kindergarten in Abu Dhabi is recruiting qualified and engaging Early Years Teachers to join their growing Taaleem Charter School, from August 2024.

As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem has been asked to support the UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their commitment to establishing a “First Rate Education System” for all students.

To achieve this, we seek to appoint inspirational Early Years Teachers to our project which embraces the latest developments in Early Years teaching. We are looking for conscientious and hard-working individuals who are passionate about Early Years education, committed to raising standards, and want to make a difference to children and families.

We follow the New York State Next Generation Early Learning Standards and knowledge of the American curriculum is essential for this position.

About the School:

The Charter Schools is a third education model in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and it is the outcome of a unique partnership between the government and the private sectors. As part of this new initiative, we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage and operate, with the aim of raising the quality of education; playing a significant role in shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. This recently increased to 6 schools in August 2021, and again to 9 schools in August 2022.
