Job Description

The Data and Digital Analyst plays a key role in leveraging data and digital tools to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. This role involves analyzing large datasets, monitoring digital marketing performance, and optimizing digital platforms for enhanced user experience. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance across channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis to optimize digital campaigns and platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to implement data-driven strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and website traffic.
  • Assist in SEO and SEM efforts by analyzing search data and optimizing content.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining clean and structured datasets.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements using digital tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, marketing, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, digital marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, and Python/R.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
