Responsibilities

1. Adhere to company-designated workflows, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Conduct PESTLE analysis on automotive markets in Middle East countries.
3. Gather domestic and international automotive data and parts information from reliable sources as per company requirements.
4. Verify collected information for completeness and accuracy before inputting it into the system.
5. Identify and rectify data errors using established workflows.
6. Generate insightful reports by analyzing collected information or as assigned.
7. Collaborate effectively with leaders and departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
8. Provide internal technical support to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Qualifications

Functional Skills:

1. Expertise in maintaining & mapping large databases (minimum 2-3 years)
2. Diploma in data management, vehicle engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
3. Knowledge of the automotive industry, with experience in the aftermarket sector preferred.
4. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with Access and SQL is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; Additional languages like Hindi or Tagalog or Arabic is a plus.
2. Proactive, hardworking, and with a persistent work ethic.
3. Self-disciplined, self-starter, and with an honest approach to work.
4. Strong team player with good coordination, learning ability, and ability to perform under pressure.
5. Logical thinker with meticulous attention to detail.

Other:

1. Interest or passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
2. Ability to analyze data critically and derive meaningful insights.
3. Commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
