Data Analyst - Dubai

We are seeking a Data Analyst with experience in Workday and People Analytics to support an HR strategy for three separate business units.

The ideal candidate must have strong data cleaning, visualization, and insights extraction skills, working closely with HR leadership to transform workforce data into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze Workday data and other HR datasets to support decision-making.
2. Clean, integrate, and visualize HR data using Excel and Tableau.
3. Extract insights on headcount distribution, performance ratings, compensation, attrition rates, and succession planning.
4. Collaborate closely with senior HR leadership to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
5. Present key findings to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications:

1. Mid to Senior-level HR Data Analyst with experience in workforce analytics.
2. Proficiency in Workday data analysis and HR metrics reporting.
3. Advanced skills in Excel and Tableau for data visualization.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and recommend the best approach for data visualization.

Start Date: Immediately

Duration: 4-6 weeks

Time Commitment: 5 days per week

Location: Onsite in Dubai for the first 2 weeks
