JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are on the lookout for a Data Analyst with a background in the electronics sector to form CRM strategies based on data and insights within the MENA region. This role is crucial for driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through strategic communication channels such as email, push notifications, and messaging apps. The role will require experience in the following:
- Formulate and implement CRM strategies tailored to the electronics sector to boost customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Development of complex segmentation models to deliver highly targeted campaigns based on customer insights.
- Analyse campaign performance to provide insightful actions for future optimization.
- In-depth understanding of all campaign objectives in order to recommend relevant segmentation.
- Proficiency in analytical data manipulation on large marketing databases and external data sources.
- Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in e.g. MS Access, PowerBI, and Excel.
- Set KPIs to measure campaign results, drive insights, and recommendations.
- Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes.
- Present analysis in easily digestible standard reports.
- Supporting leadership team on how to interpret data trends as needed.
- Analyze CRM campaign outcomes, adapting strategies to align with the company's goals in the electronics market.
- Keep updated on CRM trends, technologies, and best practices within the electronics industry to foster continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights on CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to share CRM strategies and to understand and align on what other client and cross-agency related work is being delivered.
- Using best practices, regularly review the CRM team's approach to delivering work and come up with a recommendation on how to improve the way of working, driving business efficiency.
- Build and maintain a repository of all CRM work.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing continuous training on CRM tools and best practices.
- Ensure CRM processes comply with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Account Management experience will be an added benefit.
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be responsive to change and last-minute requests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills and modelling for deriving insights from consumer data in the electronics industry.
- At least 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
- Proficiency in PowerBI.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Hubspot.
- Fluency in SQL.
- Basic understanding of HTML.
- Ability to create clear and concise summary reports on email performance metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of customer data management and segmentation in the MENA region is essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effective teamwork.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages prevalent in the MENA region are highly beneficial.
