Data Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing complex data related to stock movements, buyer behaviors, and competitor partnerships. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to independently identify discrepancies, irregularities, and insights that can drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze stock performance based on various events, identifying trends and correlations.
• Assess buyer purchase behaviors by analyzing data based on events, demographics, gender, and other relevant factors.
• Evaluate competitors’ partnership results, providing insights to enhance our market positioning.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that reflect key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.
• Independently identify and address discrepancies, errors, and irregularities in data.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored, actionable solutions.
• Assist in data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analysis to support strategic planning.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on stock analysis, consumer behavior, or competitive analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and confidence in handling numbers.
