Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst for one our clients in Abu Dhabi to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support their business decisions. The ideal candidate will work with various data sources, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and insights.
• Work with SQL databases to extract and manipulate data.
• Conduct A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and statistical analysis.
• Automate repetitive data tasks using Python, R, or SQL scripting.
• Identify KPIs and create data-driven strategies for growth.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across platforms.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Understanding of machine learning basics and predictive analytics.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
