Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the analysis team to design, develop, and implement tools and applications tailored to business needs.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document data requirements, ensuring the delivery of customized and effective solutions.
  
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  
• Build, maintain, and optimize analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting systems (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to enhance data visualization and accessibility.
  
• Automate and streamline data processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data to guide business strategies, particularly in the context of market analysis and forecasting.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement of data analysis processes.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 4 years of proven experience in data analysis, application development, or related roles.
  
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including Python and SQL.
  
• Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Familiarity with the real estate industry or understanding of market trends is preferred.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
  
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
