Role Requirements:
Data and Logic Building: Discover data from source systems, structure them, and build data logics to prepare for further analysis and reporting.
Data Analysis: Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and key takeaways that inform business strategies.
Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly present findings to stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to integrate data insights into business decision-making processes.
Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored, data-driven solutions.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation of data analysis methodologies and outcomes.
Knowledge and Experience:
Technical:
Experience with Data Extraction (Extract, Transform and Load) ETL techniques and technologies.
Knowledge of and experience with marketing attribution techniques from data structuring to actual attribution methodology.
Data analysis/segmentation based on key criteria.
Advanced Excel capabilities, including data manipulation and visualization techniques.
Non-Technical:
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and impactfully.
Experience in Banking and Financial Services.
In-depth knowledge of the Cards business and loyalty marketing strategies.
Proven track record in campaign fulfillment and tracking, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Experience with Think Cell and MS PowerPoint.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data tools (e.g., Azure).
Capacity to manage large datasets and perform analysis under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
