Job Highlights:
The Security Awareness, Training, Education, and Communication (SATEC) Program is responsible for reducing risk by ensuring all workers know, understand, and follow DTCC’s information security and cybersecurity requirements and operate in a secure manner. This collaborative role will report to the SATEC Program Director.
Responsibilities:
The highly skilled Associate will support SATEC’s program efforts to cultivate a culture of cybersecurity. This role will assist in a wide range of activities related to cybersecurity awareness and training. The Associate will help develop and maintain learning and awareness initiatives that meet all industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain SCORM compliant courseware.
- Maintain a library of courseware and other educational assets.
- Effectively communicate DTCC’s Information Security (IS) policies, control standards, and requirements.
- Launch webinars/podcasts on cybersecurity and information security-related topics.
- Create targeted and enterprise-wide communications on security-related topics.
- Capture and publish meeting minutes for risk-based steering committees, forums, and team meetings.
- Maintain the departmental and program-level intranet page(s).
- Identify the top human risks and help define mitigation strategies.
- Change risky human behaviors to desirable behaviors in response to cyber attempts.
- Enhance the SATEC Program to change human behaviors and the organizational culture.
- Create informative executive-level reports.
- Document metrics to measure SATEC Program’s effectiveness.
- Partner with internal security operations and engineering teams.
- Work collaboratively across functional areas for innovation.
- Perform proactive technical research to detect emerging risks and trends.
Must Have:
- Experience creating cybersecurity awareness, training, and educational content.
- Experience in a cyber security awareness and training program.
- Creativity to increase employee engagement and positively influence behaviors.
- Ability to communicate and educate technical and non-technical employees.
- Experience defining and communicating risk in a business-relevant language.
- Experience facilitating instructor-led training on security-related topics.
- Thrives in an agile working environment.
- Experience creating and maintaining project schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, Project, Word, Excel).
Nice to Have:
- College degree in business, cybersecurity, marketing, communications, or education.
- Cybersecurity certification(s).
- Project Management certification.
- Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification.
- Experience designing and developing SCORM-compliant content.
- Learning management system experience.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel expertise (pivot tables).
- Hands-on experience with creating reports and dashboards using PowerBI.
- Experience with SharePoint and website development.
