Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Medical Assistant to provide administrative and clinical support to medical professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities

1. Managing incoming phone and online inquiries relating to existing medical assessment bookings; clients typically consist of insurance company case managers, paralegals and lawyers from law firms and administrators from large employers.
2. Working across a number of doctor's practices as a shared resource - requiring multitasking capabilities.
3. Providing administration support to the operations team - both short, high priority tasks and medium-term projects.
4. Preparing, formatting and dispatching a doctor's medico-legal reports.
5. Rescheduling appointment requests.
6. Uploading legal and medical documents to the secure platform.
7. Reaching out to clients by phone to confirm their appointment.
8. Reaching out to clients by phone to chase late documentation.
9. Coordinating and obtaining electronic medical consent forms from an injured person.
10. Managing a doctor's electronic calendar.
11. Being proactive in guiding the doctors' priorities to deliver reports on time.
12. Receipting payments.
13. Facilitate, on behalf of the doctor, conversations with other medical practitioners.
14. Managing the doctors' direct "on the platform" chat function with their clients.
15. Reviewing a letter of instruction to the doctor and escalating updates to the doctor where required.

Requirements

1. High level of verbal and written English skills.
2. High level of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
3. Highly experienced in using a CRM.
4. High level of attention to detail.
